We ask each student attending the trip to adhere to this payment schedule since payments will be made to vendors periodically throughout the year.

• Jan. 3 - $725
• Mar. 1 - $725

Each student is welcome to pay more than the amounts listed above at any time. ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE TO GSMST MUSIC. We will be using the GSMST Music Booster Account to keep up with all funds, and each student will be able to see a running balance of their payments online under their student ID number on www.charmsoffice.com .

Students who participate in fundraising activities with the GSMST Foreign Language Boosters may request to have their balances transferred to the GSMST Music Boosters via check made to GSMST Music. Funds earned through the Foreign Language Boosters will be used ONLY for the China trip. Any funds not used for China will roll into the Foreign Language Booster Association’s General Fund.

Fundraising participation through the GSMST Music Boosters will be logged and a running balance will be available for viewing on www.charmsoffice.com with the appropriate log-in information.

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Generally, refunds cannot be given as amounts are due to vendors throughout the year. However, requests will be considered.
